1.Trail Mix with Nuts and Seeds
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup almonds
- 1/2 cup cashews
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix together almonds, cashews, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, dried cranberries, and dark chocolate chips (if using).
- Store in an airtight container for snacking.

2.Watermelon Chaat
Ingredients:
- 2 cups diced watermelon
- 1/4 cup chopped cucumber
- 1/4 cup chopped mango
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint leaves
- Chaat masala, to taste
- Lemon juice, to taste
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine diced watermelon, cucumber, mango, onion, and mint leaves.
- Sprinkle with chaat masala and lemon juice.
- Toss gently to combine.
- Serve chilled.
- Cucumber Raita
Ingredients:
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup grated cucumber
- 1/4 teaspoon roasted cumin powder
- Salt, to taste
- Chopped coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions:
- In a bowl, whisk together yoghurt, grated cucumber, roasted cumin powder, and salt.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve chilled.
Almond Butter Energy Balls
Ingredients:
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almond butter, honey or maple syrup, shredded coconut, chopped almonds, and dark chocolate chips.
- Mix until well combined.
- Roll the mixture into small balls using your hands.
- Place the energy balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
4.Mango Lassi
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe mango, peeled and diced
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1/2 cup milk
- Sugar or honey, to taste
- Cardamom powder (optional)
- Ice cubes
Instructions:
- In a blender, combine diced mango, plain yoghurt, milk, sugar or honey, and cardamom powder.
- Blend until smooth.
- Add ice cubes and blend again until frothy.
- Pour into glasses and serve chilled.

- Sprouts Salad
Ingredients:
- 1 cup mixed sprouts (such as moong, chickpeas, lentils)
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1/4 cup chopped tomato
- 1/4 cup chopped cucumber
- Chaat masala
- Lemon juice
- Chopped coriander leaves
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix mixed sprouts, chopped onion, tomato, and cucumber.
- Sprinkle with chaat masala and lemon juice.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
- Toss gently to combine.
- Serve chilled.
- Chia Seed Pudding
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds
- 1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Fresh fruits for topping (such as berries, and sliced banana)
Instructions:
- In a bowl, whisk together chia seeds, almond milk, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Let the mixture sit for 10 minutes, then whisk again to break up any clumps.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight until the mixture thickens and becomes pudding-like.
- Serve topped with fresh fruits.
