- Fresh seedless dates
- Chop up the walnuts, cashews, and almonds, and dry roast them together till they appear lightly golden brown. Set them aside for some time.
- After they cool down, grind the nuts coarsely in a mixer one or two times. Remember, you don’t want to turn them into a fine powder.
- In this step, you will chop the apricots, figs, and seedless dates and churn them in the mixer. It is best to go with fresh dates as they are moist and helps bind the mixture well.
- Include the blended apricots, figs, and dates to the nuts mixture along with ground cardamom and mix thoroughly till the texture feels tacky and seamless.
- Make small balls out of the mixture and enjoy them every morning with some warm milk.
